Grown in a region considered by experts as the cradle of cultivated cocoa, the Gran Blanco de Piura is an ancestral variety known for its distinctive white beans and celebrated worldwide for its award-winning, refined profile.

After harvesting, fermentation, and drying in Peru, the cocoa beans are carefully roasted under the guidance of Master Chocolatier Willy Ferrier. Through our exclusive Craftivity® process — which utilizes bio-sourced solvents — the cocoa’s rare olfactive signature is preserved, revealing a sensual, nutty, milky, and toasted profile with gourmand nuances.
